PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

We aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If not, you have options:

• Exchange it for an item of equal or greater value from our collection.

• Return it, and we'll craft a new item of equal or greater value for you. (Minus postage and packaging)

• Return ready-to-wear jewellery for a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) within 28 days of purchase, applicable only to online purchases.

Please note:

• Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety regulations.

• We cannot accept returns on special or personalised orders.

• Jewellery must be returned within 28 days, unworn, and in the original packaging - Notification of a return must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Special arrangements may extend this timeframe, subject to prior agreement - for example, purchased as a gift.

• Worn or non-resalable jewellery cannot be accepted, except in exceptional circumstances. Contact us to discuss specific situations.

Keep in mind:

• We cannot accept returns on special or personalised orders.

• Modified or resized ready-to-wear jewellery is non-returnable.

• For surprises, we recommend purchasing the jewellery as is and later returning for modifications.

• Bespoke jewellery items are non-returnable, and the 50% upfront payment is non-refundable as materials are specially sourced.

Delivery Information:

If your package arrives damaged, note 'DAMAGED' when signing for it.

We do not currently deliver to international addresses.
